Mr. Lester Martyr
The Registrar of International Business Companies is Mr. Lester Martyr who has been appointed with the approval of the Minister. Mr. Martyr had been the Chief Surveyor and Registrar of Lands for the past 10 years. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in the United Kingdom and returned to the government service in October 2000. In January 2000, Mr. Martyr was seconded to Pinnacle St. Lucia (IFWIC) to assume the responsibility of Registrar of International Business Companies.

President & CEO of FCC: Mr. D. Lisle Chase
Mr. Lisle Chase is an accountant who has been in public practice in St. Lucia and the islands of the OECS for the past 28 years. He qualified in 1979, having trained with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co and Coopers & Lybrand. As a partner of Coopers & Lybrand's Barbados and Eastern Caribbean region, he ran their St. Lucia office until 1998, when he became managing partner of Chase, Skeete & Boland. The latter firm is a member firm of Pannell Kerr Forster and represents Arthur Andersen in St. Lucia. Mr. Chase has held a number of public interest posts, including membership of the St. Lucia Tourism Development Board and chairing the St. Lucia National Development Corporation.
